Delete your Admission Puzzle account
This page is for the Admission Puzzle app and website, by Zinc Dynamics (Aitezaz Ahsan). Deleting is free, and you never have to explain why.
The fast way — inside the app, takes effect at once
- Log in.
- Open Profile (tap your email address at the top).
- Scroll to Delete and open "Delete my account completely".
- Enter your password (or, if you sign in with Google, your email address), type DELETE, and press the red button.
If you cannot log in — ask by email
Write to support@admissionpuzzle.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email. If you write from a different address, we will ask you a question first, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
Everything: your login, your answers about yourself, every file you uploaded, the details read from them, your matched programmes and decisions, your drafts, your interview practice, your form-helper screenshots and answers, and your chats with Zinc.
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing is kept in the live app. We make nightly safety copies of the database and keep each one for 7 days, so your data disappears from those copies within 7 days. Any other backup copy is erased within 30 days. After that, nothing about you remains.
Delete only some of your data
- One document: open it on your Documents page and press Delete.
- Your whole file, but keep your login: Profile → Delete → "Start over".
