What Admission Puzzle does

Admission Puzzle is a guidance tool for students applying to universities in Europe. It reads the documents you upload, shows you which programmes your confirmed qualifications fit, and helps you prepare your own application: the tests you need, visa steps, costs, a CV, motivation-letter drafts and copy-paste answers for application forms. Every fact it shows carries its source and the date it was checked. When something could not be verified, it says so.

It is run by Zinc Dynamics (Aitezaz Ahsan, sole trader), Cyprus. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

What it never does

• It never applies for you. It does not submit applications, send emails or fill in forms on any university's or embassy's website. You copy, paste and submit yourself.
• It never decides. Universities decide admission. Embassies and consulates decide visas. Nobody can promise you either, and we do not.
• It is not legal or immigration advice.

Your part

• Use your own, genuine documents and true information. Do not upload another person's documents without their permission.
• Check every detail the app reads from a document before you confirm it. Your matches are only as right as the details you confirmed.
• Before you apply or pay anything, open the university's own page and confirm the requirement, the deadline and the fee there. Pages change after we check them; the date beside each fact tells you when we last looked.
• You are the author of everything you submit — including text that started as a draft from this app.
• Keep your password to yourself.

AI can be wrong

Document reading, motivation-letter drafts, form-helper answers and interview-practice feedback are produced with AI and can contain mistakes. They are shown for you to check and correct, and nothing read from a document counts until you confirm it. Practice feedback is practice — it is not a score from any test or embassy. If an AI answer is wrong or offensive, use its Report button.

Plans and payment

Free. Document reading and checks, and your top 3 matched programmes, for as long as you like.

Full package. Everything else. The current prices are always shown on the pricing page before you pay.

Paying on the website. When paid plans are open on the website, the pricing page shows how to pay. You pay for a period (a month or a year); the plan is switched on by a person after your payment is seen, and it runs until the end of that period. It does not renew by itself and nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again. No card details ever enter this app.

Refunds and your rights. If you live in the European Union you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase; by using paid features straight away you ask us to start at once, and a refund may reflect what you already used. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. To ask about a payment, write to support@admissionpuzzle.com.

Stay safe: if anybody asks you to pay for this app anywhere other than our own pricing page, it is not us.

Maria, the human consultant

A consultation with Maria is a separate, person-to-person service. You arrange it with her directly, its price and conditions are agreed with her before you pay, and it is not part of any Admission Puzzle plan.

Fair use

You may not:

• upload forged documents, or use the app to prepare a false application;
• copy, resell or redistribute the service or its catalogue, or collect its content in bulk by automated means;
• take apart or try to extract the software, its prompts or its logic, or build a competing product from it;
• get around limits, security or access controls, or use someone else's account.

The app limits how fast some features can be used, so that one person cannot use up what everybody shares.

Ownership

Your documents and everything you write stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. The app itself — its software, design, texts and catalogue — belongs to Zinc Dynamics; you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own applications. University names, pages and marks belong to their owners, and we link to their pages as sources.

No guarantee, and the limit of our responsibility

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep every fact sourced and current, but we do not guarantee that a requirement, deadline or fee is still what the source page said on the day we checked, that a programme is still open, that the service is never interrupted, or that any application, scholarship or visa will succeed.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as a missed intake, fees paid to third parties, or travel costs) that follow from using the service, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or €50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Age, ending and changes

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Admission Puzzle.
• You can stop at any time and delete your account from inside the app (Profile → Delete) — see the delete-account page.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
• We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. If a change matters to a plan you already paid for, it applies from your next period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
