Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open this page and press Manage or cancel. Your plan stops renewing and stays on until the end of the time you paid for. Deleting your account cancels it too.

Why is the price in dollars?

What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
They stay yours. Your documents, checks and saved programmes stay here for you to read — only the full-package screens close. Choose a plan again and everything comes straight back.
Can I get my money back?
If you live in the European Union you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. If you use paid features straight away, a refund may reflect what you already used. To ask about a payment, write to support@admissionpuzzle.com. The full rules are in the terms.
Does Admission Puzzle apply for me?
No. It never submits an application and never sends an email for you. It prepares your answers and documents; you paste them into the university's own form and press send yourself.
If anyone messages you asking for a bank transfer or mobile-wallet payment for this app, it is not us — do not send money.
